Who we are
Phoenix Sewer Pros (phoenixsewerpros.com) connects homeowners and businesses in the Phoenix area with independent local sewer and plumbing contractors. We do not perform plumbing work ourselves.
What we collect
- Phone calls: when you call the number on this site, the call is routed through a call-tracking service. We receive your phone number, the time and length of the call, and the page you called from. Calls may be recorded for quality and to confirm the request was handled.
- Quote requests: your name, phone number, the description you type, and the page you submitted from.
- Basic site analytics: pages visited and general location (city level), used to improve the site.
How we use and share it
We forward your call or request to a local service partner who will contact you about your job. That partner is an independent contractor responsible for its own work, pricing and licensing. We do not sell your information to data brokers, and we do not share it with anyone other than the service partner handling your request and the vendors that run our phone and form systems.
How long we keep it
Call logs and form submissions are kept for up to 24 months to resolve disputes and measure service quality, then deleted.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email [email protected]. Arizona residents and residents of other states with privacy laws can use the same address for any request those laws allow.
